Paula used to be a teacher. She is 36 and lives in Hull in England. She lives with her boyfriend, Dave, and her two budgies, Bertie and Gertie.
In her spare time, Paula likes to go scuba diving. She also loves camping and being outside although sometimes the weather in England is not very good!
10 years ago, Paula stopped being a teacher so that she could work with lots of children to write stories. Sometimes the children go to the theatre and act out the stories on the stage.

Paula was given some money to travel to different countries by the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust.
